About Our Client
The healthcare system includes a modern hospital growing and expanding in Franklin - in the heart of Johnson County, Indiana. JMH has more than 100 physicians and medical specialists.
In 2017, Johnson Memorial Health was named a recipient of the Women’s Choice Award as one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Patient Experience and for Emergency Care.
What They Needed
In a highly competitive suburban market, Johnson Memorial Health needed to reach beyond traditional interruptive marketing activities and become more engaged in Inbound Marketing.
They had to tell their story to digital audiences and improve their Search Engine Optimization.
In 2019, they needed an updated website that was beautifully designed, easy to navigate and helpful to people who needed their healthcare services. We created a new site powered by Zephyr CMS and continue to manage its content.
How We Help
We collaborate with the Marketing Team at JMH on Inbound Marketing and website content - nurturing the patient-healthcare provider relationship. Our work includes:
- a new website in 2019
- writing blogs about important medical issues
- providing social media content for the various channels such as Facebook and Twitter
- updating the hospital's website content, including a new Patient Experience section
We also use HubSpot content management software for their Inbound Marketing program.
What We Learned
To be successful, Inbound Marketing messages and activities must work in tandem with the health care providers' business development goals.
Also, it is important to develop health care topics based on keyword research.
