About Our Client
The Center Grove Education Foundation (CGEF) enriches the lives of Center Grove students, teachers, administrators and staff by funding learning experiences and providing other educational resources.
Founded in 1998, the Foundation is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization led by a board of directors representing various areas of the Center Grove community in White River Township in Johnson County, Indiana.
What They Needed
Their previous website was on an antiquated content management system. Because the organization's mission relies on donations, they needed a site that could help them engage alumni and school stakeholders for support. They also needed a way to promote their scholarship and grant programs and encourage students and teachers to apply for them.
How We Helped
We worked with the executive director to create and organize the content and present a new website.
The site met the organization's goals of:
- featuring easy ways to donate and volunteer to the organization.
- promoting the Foundation's fundraising events.
- promote applying for their grants and scholarships.
- making the site responsive, so it could be easily viewed on a computer, tablet or cell phone.
- engaging the user with lots of calls to action.
- having a secure, reliable Content Management System.
